Welcome to Florida Bicycle Law.com. Here I answer your questions, direct you to resources, share with you stories of bicyclist and the laws governing bicycles. I am a personal injury lawyer. My cousin started a bicycle shop in 1969 in Tallahassee where I worked my first job as a bicycle mechanic. My brother took over the shop in 1973 and is still running it today. I have been helping people with their cycling since I was a teenager. Once I got my law degree, I discovered I could still help cyclists. If you have any questions about your cycling and the law, please look around. If you want me to talk to you about cycling or an incident, please feel free to email me at the above Contact link. Enjoy Florida cycling.
